Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Specialist. The Litigation Specialist will be responsible for handling civil litigation cases, specifically focusing on property damage and insurance claims. The role involves conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, managing case files, attending court proceedings, and providing support to attorneys.
Qualifications
- Experience in civil litigation and property damage cases
- Knowledge of insurance laws and regulations
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
