Join us as we grow our restaurant, bar & event space in downtown Monroe. We are looking for an experienced mixologist to develop our alcoholic beverage sales throughout the premises. As the bar server/ mixologist you would be required to

• Ensure excellent front of house service, support staff throughout the shift to maintain speed of service and cleanliness of venue.
• prepare drinks to the specifications of the bar
• Meet the standards of the bar
• Complete daily paperwork to ensure the safe running of the venue, and for standards to be monitored and maintained throughout the shift.
• Pre-empt and actively responding to problems that arise and keeping management up to date.
• Ensure end of day jobs completed to a high standard
• Actively maintain all areas within your remit, i.e. bar.
• Clean and maintain all equipment and notify management of any issues.
• Assist in cash handling procedures as required
• Feedback on your shift to the managers and supervisor taking over.
• Attend all staff meetings
• Assist in the timely and accurate completion of tasks in relation to the cashing up procedures and ensure all staff are following these correctly
• Check deliveries for accuracy and quality of product.
• Ensure stock is received and secured on delivery.
• Ensure stock rotation is applied when storing deliveries and that the correct storage method is applied to each product.
• Monitor stock levels throughout your shift and replenish as required.
• Record any wastage

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
