Administrative Assistant:
Your outgoing nature and passion for providing exceptional customer experiences will serve you well as our new Administrative Assistant. You will beam with pride as you interact with Haynie & Company customers and offer positive, yet effective support to ensure their needs are met. Your strong attention to detail will ensure that all tasks are handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently. You’ll play an integral role in our team’s success as Administrative Assistant, tapping into your supportive and helpful attitude as you promote the efficiency of our office operations.
What you’ll need to be our Administrative Assistant:
• Congenial and cooperative with an efficient, precise work ethic
• Unselfish and approachable with a preference for detailed, skill-based work
• Highly precise worker, who remains positive under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail with strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
• Outstanding written and communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office (preferred)
• Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or related (bonus)

• Compensation is salaried between $37,500 -$40,000 depending on qualifications
What you’ll do as the Administrative Assistant:
• Represent Haynie & Company in a positive and professional manner
• Help answer phone calls and direct walk-ins to the appropriate accounting professional
• Engage with both internal and external customers to provide support and ensure their needs are met
• Promote the effectiveness and efficiency of office operations
• Complete new client intake procedures in an accurate and timely manner to ensure positive first connections with new clients
• During tax deadlines, process tax returns in an accurate and timely manner
• Collaborate with Admin team members, offering support and assistance where needed
