Lead Superintendent - Multifamily block and plank projects
Company:
Our client is a reputable GC Builder Developer with a strong track record in the construction market. They specialize in high-end multifamily builds and having projects with set start dates.
Project Details:

• Project Type: 4-story block and plank housing facility
• Scope: 50-60 units
• Location: Dade County (specific location to be determined)
• Features: High-end finishes, clubhouse, and amenities

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
• Review and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints
• Manage and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs and reports
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and building codes
• Collaborate with project managers to develop project schedules and budgets
• Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of ground up experience in multifamily / hotel construction.
• Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent or senior superintendent taking large $50 million plus projects from start to finish
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a diverse team
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in block and plank construction, preferably on garden-style builds.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead and mentor field teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Familiarity with local regulations and building codes in Florida.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, including blueprints and specifications
• Familiarity with construction software such as ProCore
