Your new role
As the Assistant Property Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining property excellence and tenant satisfaction. This will cover the following responsibilities:
- Building Maintenance and Security
- Property Financials
- Accounts Receivables / Payables
- Lease Administration
- Tenant Relations
What you'll need to succeed
- 3 years in Commercial Property Management
- Experience with Office or Industrial
- Experience with AP/AR, Budgets, Reports, and Capital Projects
- Knowledge of Building Operations
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, CRM, and MRI
