Job Title: Commercial Construction - Project Estimator

Location : Fort Worth, Arlington, Bedford, North Richland Hills

Are you a Construction Estimator with a passion for commercial projects? This contractor specializes in ground up and interior projects up to 15M. This established builder is seeking a dedicated Commercial Estimator to join their North Texas division. This is a leading construction firm with a reputation for excellence and innovation in commercial construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your 3 years of experience in estimating commercial construction projects to contribute to our team.
  • Analyze project proposals to create accurate budget and cost estimates, ensuring our projects are financially viable and competitive.
  • Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier bids and quotes to secure the best prices and quality.
  • Manage Historical Cost Data: Maintain a comprehensive database of historical cost data to inform future projects and estimates.
  • Win new business and contribute to the growth of our North Texas division by developing strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating commercial construction projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in data management and analysis.
