Job Summary:

As a Superintendent, you will play a critical role in overseeing the successful execution of healthcare construction projects in South Florida. Your primary focus will be on interior and exterior renovations within hospitals and medical office buildings, with some projects involving compliance with the Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA) regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership : Plan, manage, and execute all aspects of significantly complex or multiple projects.
• Team Management : Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Construction Sequencing : Develop and oversee construction sequencing to achieve timely and profitable project completion.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure project quality, adherence to schedules, and budget control.
• Client Interaction : Serve as the direct point of contact for clients, maintaining exceptional client experience.
• Safety and Compliance : Enforce jobsite safety rules and adhere to AHCA regulations where applicable.
• Resource Management : Supervise and control all resources (both people and materials) for project success.

Qualifications:

• Experience : 5 - 10 years of superintendent experience in project management, specifically in healthcare construction.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• AHCA Knowledge : Familiarity with Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration regulations.
