You will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of retail interior construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project managers.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in retail, commercial, restaurants, or hospitality interiors construction projects.
