Responsibilities:

• On-Site Supervision:
• Oversee all phases of residential construction projects, ensuring quality control and adherence to high standards.
• Coordination & Scheduling:
• Manage subcontractors, materials, and equipment to maintain efficient timelines.
• Problem-Solving:
• Resolve issues, communicate effectively, and maintain positive relationships with team members, subcontractors, and clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential construction supervision, specifically with custom homes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• OSHA 10, OSHA 30
• Must be willing to be onsite or relocate to Naples, Florida.
