Your new role

As the General Manager, you will oversee the overall operations of a highly desired 230 unit luxury workforce housing building in the North Station neighborhood of Boston. The General Manager will be supported by an AGM, Compliance Director, Leasing Agent, Concierge, and a full maintenance team.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for the General Manager position in Boston, candidates will possess the following:

• Strong background in residential property management (5 years)
• Workforce or affordable housing experience preferred
• Knowledge of LIHTC a plus
• Well-versed in creating and analyzing budgets
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written)

What you'll get in return

In addition to working with a renowned residential developer, owner/operator, the General Manager will be offered a salary of $90-110K, 20% bonus, 401K with a 50% match on up to 4%, tuition reimbursements, generous PTO plan, and a comprehensive health benefits package including medical, dental, vision, etc.
