Lead Network Engineer - Permanent - Tampa, FL - $140,000 - $150,000.

Our client is seeking a Lead Network Engineer in Tampa, FL.
Role Description
Provides full design, configuration, and support for complex data, voice, storage, and/or video networks, which will include contact center and network security technology.
Demonstrates subject matter expertise in at least two of these disciplines to be able to handle all but the most challenging and unique questions and support issues in client's complex global environment, while delivering exceptional responsiveness, quality and reliability.
Makes effective use of all resources, including support contracts, to securely and effectively solve problems, and also provides technical guidance to more junior engineers.
Proactively engages with vendors and partners to explore ways to further optimize client network services for reliability, performance and efficiency on a global basis.
Develops strategies to leverage new technologies and new approaches over the course of multiple quarters.
Skills & Requirements
-10 years of Cisco Network Engineering / Architecture experience in complex, enterprise (ideally global) environments (inclusive of demonstrable technical project and process leadership experience)
-Must possess very strong experience and proficiency designing, configuring and implementing complex enterprise network solutions (20K users)
-Must possess very strong experience and proficiency w/ Cisco routing and switching
-Must possess very strong experience and proficiency w/ Cisco Nexus 9000 Series
-Must possess very strong experience and proficiency w/ Cisco Data Center solutions
-Must possess very strong experience and proficiency w/ Cisco wireless solutions
-Must possess very strong experience and proficiency w/ Zscaler
-Must possess very strong experience and proficiency w/ Fortinet
-Must possess very strong fundamental understanding and ability to articulate spine-leaf network topology architecture
-Bachelor's Degree with Network Engineering or related field strongly preferred
-CCIE Certification strongly preferred
-Prior experience working in warehouse / distribution center / conveyor system environments preferred (e.g. Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
