Your new role
My client is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a large-scale affordable housing renovation project with the existing construction management team.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 5 years' of experience as Senior Project Manager
- Extensive residential construction experience, both ground up and renovation
- Affordable housing & Tennant in place experience preferred
- Salary between from $175k - $225k dependent on experience
- Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, HSA coverage
- 401(k) plan with employer match
