Your new role
Your new role will consist of overseeing the Façade teams on site. Working alongside the Site Manager to:
- Oversee the day-to-day construction activities of the Construction teams at the job site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the client's specifications
- Coordinate and supervise the teams working on the project, managing schedules and ensuring seamless collaboration
- Monitor inventory and materials, placing orders as needed to prevent delays and maintain productivity.
- Weekly site meetings to update the Project Managers/Clients/Stakeholders on work progress.
- Enforce safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and document progress to ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations
To Succeed In This Role, You Will Need
- Experience with Refurbishment, Refits and Extensions would be a huge plus.
- SMSTS
- CSCS (black card preferably)
- First Aid
- Presentable and clear communicator.
