Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities
Junior level role to support the team in partnering with subject matter experts (SMEs) in the mission of creating and sharing authentic IT narratives and use case stories. Support a wide array of program activities to help

Responsibilities include:

• Support Curation of Narratives: Take direction from Program Manager on creation of narratives that would be captivating to a range of IT decision makers, from the technical to executive level
• Support Hosted Partner Events: Support Content Writer in execution and creation content and speaker logistics for monthly/quarterly webinars and regularly scheduled Partner Events to build a consistent audience and predicable forum
• Contribute to creation of presentations, infographics, and videos per content schedule
• Metrics: Provide weeky/monthy/quarterly/annual metrics to Program Manager to facilitate regular reporting cadence as required
• Administration: Flexibly Support program administrative tasks as required from creating, publishing, delivery, developing of content
• Social Support: Take direction from Program Manager and/or Content writer in daily / weekly content creation for social media engagement activities.

Required:

Extensive experience working with linux flavors like rhel/centos os, shells, filesystems and utilities • Knowledge of distributed computing and experience working with container orchestration frameworks including on-prem and rancher kubernetes and good knowledge on kubernetes objects • Experience working with Storage, ONTAP is preferable: volume, aggregates, back ups, DR planning • Creating and supporting automation scripts (shell/ansible/python) for infrastructure deployments, validations and monitoring to improve operational tasks • Experience scheduling monitoring scripts using cron and airlfow • Experience with monitoring tools including Dynatrace, Apica, Grafana etc • Database knowledge including sql and nosql dbs • Experience building CICD pipelines (preferred) • Cloud platform knowledge (specifically AWS) is required • Incident handling and problem management

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
