Job description:

· Validates CFA subordinates against VZ and LEC network inventory systems.

· Validates customer circuit designs against network inventory systems, including on-net and off-net basic routing network configurations

· Enters provisioning orders for customer circuit designs including on-net and off-net basic routing network configurations

· Creates Circuit Layout Records and enters and validates this data in the inventory systems

· Enters and tracks an Access Service Request (ASR) based on circuit routing and inventory, and customer commit date

· Validates circuit orders based on LEC circuit design specifications

· Logs, tracks, and resolves issues derived from the work assignment

· Assists in process documentation related to assigned work, and works with other team and inter department members to resolve issues in a timely manner

· Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.

· Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.

Knowledge, Skills or Abilities

· Associate's degree in a technical field/capacity (preferred)

· Basic understanding of DS3, DS0 and DS1 circuits and general network components, knowledge of higher bandwidth desired.

· Basic understanding of telecom circuits and general network components

· Understanding of telecom service orders, and ability to understand the processes and procedures required to enter, track, and activate orders in a series of Telecommunication applications

· Adapts and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment

· Manages / facilitates issues to resolution

· Demonstrates responsiveness to escalations/ urgent-related matters

· Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Intermediate knowledge of Google applications (Mail, Google drive)
