Responsibilities

Function as receptionist in Recovery Services administrative area by providing a welcoming, hospitable area for patients, visitors, vendors, and staff and provide clerical support for designated Recovery Services staff and other areas.

* Coordinate daily operations to ensure continuity of services and processes for the Front Admissions Desk

* Attend to routine office activities for designated staff to promote efficient daily operation

* Provide direction and coverage for the Front Desks in Butler, Richmond Walker and Visiting

* Maintain a welcoming, hospitable reception area for Hazelden visitors, patients, and staff to ensure that a positive image is projected of the organization and quality customer service is provided

Qualifications

Required

* Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio)

* 1-3 years' related administrative experience

* Proven ability to schedule and host virtual meetings (such as WebEx)

* Proven ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and balance heavy workload while managing frequent interruptions

* Demonstrated interpersonal skills (such as greeting visitors, answering and routing phone calls, coordinating work activities with staff etc.)

* Must satisfactorily pass a state/license specific background check

Preferred

* Vocational or technical training (2 years or more)

* Prior experience with scheduling for healthcare

* Bachelor's degree

* Advanced skill in Microsoft Office applications
