Job Description
Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a candidate in our Nashville or Knoxville, TN office. Candidate will participate in assisting with water and/or wastewater conveyance and facilities, planning, and design projects. Responsibilities include preparation of reports, assisting with asset management tasks, performing design calculations, preparation of construction documents, etc. The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements to be considered for this position:
- 0-4 years of water/ wastewater experience
- Must be able to work full-time hours
- The candidate must hold (or be able to obtain within 12 months) an EIT certificate
- The minimum educational requirements are a BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering. Master's Degree preferred
- Be proficient in English and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Be proficient in common computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, etc.). CADD, GIS, PowerBI, hydraulic modeling and other software skills will be considered a plus
