In this position you will work alongside project managers and engineers to produce CAD-BIM models for various WTP and WWTP Designs utilizing Revit and AutoCAD software. This will include coordination across multiple disciplines for conflict resolution as well as the coordination of project deadlines and standards adherence for project deliverables. You will also guide, mentor, and lead other CAD designers to assist in meeting project needs.

Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Ability to prepare Process Piping layouts using Revit for various Water/Wastewater Plants, Pump Stations, and similar type facilities using Process & Instrument Diagrams
• Create BIM models, Revit families, and C3D CAD base files while ensuring drawing compliance with company and client CAD standards.
• Coordinating with multiple disciplines and subconsultants to execute and deliver projects on time while ensuring drawing compliance with company and client CAD standards.
• Performing BIM model clash detection and working with various disciplines to resolve conflicts.
• Training/Mentoring less experienced designers

Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of CAD-BIM design experience with a focus on Water/Wastewater Plants, Pump Stations preferred.
• Relevant associates degree/technical certification with emphasis on Revit preferred
• Min 5 years Revit experience/skills required.
• Experience in successfully delivering projects spanning multiple years in collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Basic understanding of process mechanical piping and chemical piping, and associated materials and fittings preferred for Water, Wastewater and Pump Station facilities.
