Hazen and Sawyer has exceptional opportunities for a Sr. Resident Project Representative/Construction Manager on major water and wastewater facility projects. Duties include all aspects of construction inspection, administration and project coordination.

The primary function for this position is to observe and document contractor’s work to ensure compliance with Contract Drawings and Specifications. This role also includes coordination and communication between Owner and Contractor to ensure construction activities take place with minimal impact to Owner’s operations. Assistance with construction administration documentation: RFI’s, RFC’s, field orders, claims, submittal/schedule review, meetings, payment applications, etc. and coordination with design staff will also be required.

Preferably candidates will have an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management; minimum 10 years of general experience in construction administration and observation. Candidate with water or wastewater facility construction experience in lieu of the aforementioned degree with be given equal consideration. The ideal candidate will also have one or more of the following:

• Minimum 5 years of water / wastewater treatment facility construction experience.
• Professional Engineer License in Indiana

Candidates will be based onsite in local construction field office and will be connected to Hazen and Sawyer’s Cincinnati, OH office and resources.
