The Hazen Union School District is seeking a part-time dynamic, student-centered Home to School Coordinator. The Home to School Coordinator will implement programs and provide services that enhance the social and emotional adjustment to the school of at-risk students and mobilize family, school, and community resources to enable effective student learning and academic achievement. Hazen Union School is a public school with 300 students in grades 7-12. Hazen Union has a diverse membership, with approximately 70% of students receiving free or reduced lunch. Hazen Union offers challenging academics and enriching co-curricular programs. The successful candidate must have high communication and collaboration skills as well as a solid equity-based mindset. This position falls into the Collective Bargaining Unit for teachers with prorated benefits. This position may be combined with an open part-time position for full-time employment. Hazen Union School is a union high school that serves the towns of Hardwick, Greensboro, and Woodbury.
