Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. - Answer customer inquiries and provide product information. - Process returns and exchanges. - Promote sales by offering additional products or services. - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. - Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels. - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals. Skills: - Strong sales skills with experience in electronics, jewelry, or technical sales preferred. - Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle customer transactions. - Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse customer base. - Proficient in operating a cash register and performing retail math calculations accurately. - Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
