About the Role:
Reporting directly to our Brand Director, you'll play a crucial role in building and executing on the content and social media strategy for key projects within our company’s portfolio, including the upcoming launch of an iconic, fun, lifestyle hotel located in Sunny Isles.
What You’ll Do:
Social Media Maestro: Take the reins of our social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and more). Your goal? To craft and share captivating content that resonates with our audience and keeps them coming back for more.
Creative Content Guru: Develop and edit eye-catching images, graphics, and written content that align perfectly with our brand's voice and aesthetic.
Community Engagement Enthusiast: Interact with our followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a thriving online community.
Analytics Whiz: Dive into data to create strategic content that boosts our brand’s presence. Regularly analyze performance metrics to fine-tune our strategies for maximum impact.
Collaborative Innovator: Work closely with the Brand Director and editing team to sync social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns. Partner with influencers, brand ambassadors, and community members to produce authentic and engaging content.
Trend Spotter: Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest social media trends and best practices, ensuring our strategy stays fresh and compelling.
Marketing Opportunist: Identify and seize new marketing opportunities, helping to develop, execute, and evaluate innovative strategies to drive engagement and growth.

What We're Looking For:
A creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
A strong portfolio that showcases your ability to grow social media channels and engage audiences.
Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
2-4 years of experience in brand management or marketing team management, with a deep understanding of social media platforms and analytics.
Proficiency in photography, videography, and production. You should have access to professional-grade equipment and editing software.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
