As an Administrative and Accounting Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the success of construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Track and report on project costs.
• Review and track project-related invoices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Manage and organize all project-related documentation.
• Provide support to project managers and team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5 years of administrative and accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Procore)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Perspective and a positive attitude.
• Procore proficiency desired.
