Customer Service Manager Opportunity in Industrial Manufacturing
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Execute sales and customer service actions to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
- Provide quotations to customers in collaboration with technical departments.
- Participate in sales and operation meetings.
- Conduct numerical analysis on sales, prices, profits, efficiencies, yield, deliveries, and propose necessary actions.
- Develop and implement sales tactics to achieve sales goals.
- Act as a liaison between sales and customers, actively participating in sales meetings.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports to the VP of sales.
- Lead the sales process for new products with targeted customers (trial orders).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with targeted customers/markets.
- Handle customer claims and coordinate timely responses through CAPA reports.
- Travel as required to meet with targeted customers.
- Conduct data analysis related to sales to align pricing with customer/product yield.
- Maintain forecast spreadsheets for new customers and products.
- Review finished goods inventories and make necessary disposition decisions.
- Collaborate with PSI on sales matters and update actual yields.
- Follow up on past due invoices and communicate with customers to facilitate payment.
- Coordinate reports with the technical team, including on sustainability aspects.
- Address and resolve invoice price discrepancies with customers.
- Provide new customer information to set them up in the system.
- Coordinate color matches for new products with the technical team.
