Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate maintenance activities on assigned shifts
- Utilize technical proficiency to supervise production and maintenance activities
- Assist operators in troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Oversee personnel matters, including training, development, and safety programs
- Direct work assignments, participate in training efforts, and supervise Shift Managers
- Ensure maintenance, service, or production functions meet established standards
- Monitor performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement
- Supervise MTMs, oversee safety protocols, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and develop maintenance strategies
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to drive operational excellence
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing
- 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or non-technical field
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
