Qualifications
  • 10 years of experience working with Rolling Mill processes.
  • Basic understanding of Rolling Mill control systems, including Reheat furnace combustion, Bar tracking, HMI, and IBA.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and leading improvements within Rolling Mill operations.
  • Experience in maintaining Rolling Mill equipment and identifying areas for enhancement or replacement.
  • Skilled in developing new routines and procedures, as well as training personnel.
Performance Standards
  • In-depth knowledge of equipment, technologies, and practices related to rolling mill processes.
  • Familiarity with CSRMs operation systems and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Proficient in operating necessary tools, equipment, hardware, and software.
  • Strong communication skills for conveying technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Expertise in designing, installing, and maintaining rolling mill equipment and automation systems.
  • Ability to apply mechanical engineering principles to problem-solving and instructing colleagues.
  • Proficient in analyzing performance data and collaborating on action plans for improving Rolling Mill performance.
