Professional Pediatric office -
Looking for an ORGANIZED/DETAILED oriented CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT to fill a MEDICAL ASSISTANT position.
Responsibilities:
- EHR: organizing clinical information on EHR with vaccines and medical records
- Be able to keep detailed documentation in EHR
- Vaccinations - must have experience
- Vitals, vision and hearing screens
- Must be able to perform Urinalysis, Hemoglobin, Strep/Flu/COVID testing, etc.
- Preparing specimens for in office and outpatient labs, managing lab orders.
- assisting with communications between doctors, families, pharmacies, lab, and etc.
- Prepare the office space daily - restock supplies, cleaning patient space and working space.
- Back-up to minimal Front Desk responsibilities.
Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced office environment
Have good communication skills to be a productive team member.
An excellent opportunity for anyone interested in gaining additional experience in a medical office.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
