HB Staffing is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Perform clerical work in the areas of Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables functions
- Prepare customer bills or the processing of vendor payments and invoices
- Prepare invoices in the financial system, reviewing balances, respond to customer questions and reconcile customer ledgers
- Work alongside city departments on invoice approvals
