Position: Sales Support Specialist - Business to Business
Term: Temp to Hire
Hourly Rate: $19 an hour DOE
Schedule: Mon - Friday 8-5 PM - ONSITE in Jacksonville, FL
Excellent family-owned company in the environmental space working towards a cleaner Earth. This position will be a key role supporting their field sales team. Experience with updating reports, planning exhibits, being detail oriented and working internally with other departments. This company has an amazing culture that celebrates its employees.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide account support such as new product introductions (Spreadsheets) and updated product photos & data to accounts.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with assigned accounts and new accounts.
• Assist with company accounts & manufacturing representatives in obtaining marketing and sales support literature and data.
• Assist with calls or emails from customers and alert Sales Support Manager to any urgent issues.
• "Scrub" National Account websites to ensure up-to-date and accurate information is being presented for company product lines.
• Maintain technical knowledge of all new and existing products.
• Maintain a detailed log of phone calls and communications. (SFDC salesforce.com)
• Website data management.
• Maintain files on the shared drive. Including spreadsheets, marketing prices & other files pertaining to national accounts.
• When requested, complete projects as assigned
• Support the outside sales team with any requests involving their accounts.
• Coordinate with Marketing Department all aspects of trade shows for the Sales Team including shipping of all materials, booth supplies as requested.
Technical Skills:
Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and word.
Understanding of proper business communication and be able to develop reports, excel spreadsheets, and create sales presentations for field.
