Job Summary:

Parkridge Health System in Chattanooga, Tennessee is seeking an adult medicine, primary care physician to join an established, large multi-specialty group in an outpatient practice of 8 providers in Hixon, Tennessee.
Qualified Candidates:

• Board certified or board eligible in family medicine or internal medicine
• Active Tennessee license or the ability to obtain one

Incentive/Benefits Package:

• Phone call 1:8
• Monday - Thursday hours are anywhere from 7:45am - 4:45pm (based on provider preference) Friday - 7:45-11:45
