Job Summary and Qualifications

We are currently looking for an ambitious Case Management Manager to help us reach our goals. As our Manager of Case Management you will assist in the planning, monitoring, and delivery of Case Management and CRM goals. If you are dedicated to caring for the well-being of others, this could be your next opportunity.

What you will do in this role:

• You will coach others on performance and suggest ideas for development.
• You will significantly improve processes.
• You will recommend and facilitate initiatives.
• You will participate as a subject matter expert

What qualifications you will need:

• Completion of RN Diploma program or related health care program
• Current Florida State Registered Nurse license
• Three to five years previous Case Management experience; two years of which were in a supervisory or management role

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and/or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).

HCA Florida Blake Hospital is a 383 bed hospital. We are located in Bradenton, FL. We have a thirteen acre campus by the Gulf Coast beaches. We are the only state-designated Level II trauma center in Manatee, Sarasota and DeSoto Counties. We have received verification by the American College of Surgeons. Our services include 24-hour emergency care, open-heart surgery, burn care, cancer care, joint replacement and inpatient rehabilitation.
