Job Summary and Qualifications

The Patient Safety Director is responsible for facilitating the transition from a retrospective, reactive model for risk management to a prospective, proactive loss prevention, medical/health care errors and other factors that contribute to unintended adverse patient outcomes. What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelors Degree
• 3-5 years of experience
• FL RN License
• If not already CPPS at time of hire, must obtain within 12 months of hire
