Job Summary and Qualifications

COTA - full-time, DAY shift

Organized and conducts Occupational Therapy treatment and programs in the hospital, out-patient, in-patient departments to facilitate rehabilitation of the mentally or physically handicapped and injured. Directs patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance; facilitates the learning of those skills and functions essential for adaptation and productivity, diminish or correct pathology and to promote and maintain health.

What qualifications you will need:
  • Vocational School Graduate
  • State Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
