Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and proactive Greeter to join our team. As a Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the establishment with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Direct customers to the appropriate department or staff member
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the entrance area
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems when necessary
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in basic math calculations for transactions
- Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus for assisting diverse customers
- Collaborate with sales teams to enhance the overall customer experience

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service or sales roles is beneficial
- Familiarity with wireless sales, jewelry sales, or cash handling is advantageous
- Proficiency in basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Multilingual capabilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly valued
