- At least 1 year of experience developing and/or delivering training programs in a crisis response or mental health setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Project coordination skills, including multitasking and setting priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS) a plus
- Demonstrates cultural and linguistic competence and understands impact of unique challenges for underrepresented groups accessing crisis services, including BIPOC, LGBTQ populations, and rural communities
- Personal/Lived experience accessing crisis services for a mental health, substance use, and/or suicide-related crisis preferred
- Experience with the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline and Indiana's Crisis Response System preferred
