8 years experience in Enterprise network management Strong enterprise network architecture SASE, Firewall, load balancer, WAN optimizer knowledge, NAC Design next gen networking solution Strong knowledge on Cisco, Aruba and HP platforms Cloud, SD-WAN, MPLS support Scripting knowledge for upgrades and monitoring Coding experience for network management and monitoring (1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (3.)
