Writing SOW for Test Equipments like Battery Low Voltage Cell Cyclers, Medium voltage Module testers, High and Medium Voltage Pack Testers, Charging Testing Equipments, High to low Power Supplies – Parralleling, Requirements Development, Temperature-Humidity Chambers, Salt Fog/Spray Cyclic Equipment, Vibration with AGREE chambers, Air water cooled devices, EUCAR standards, PLC, DAQ hardware, Networking CAN/LIN/AE Ethernet, Automation I/O, Controls Equipment, Ethernet Switches, Safety Relay, temp current voltage sensors analog and digital inputs, Function Generators, FPGA based digital control circuits, Galvanic isolation, , Safety needs connecting equipments to building management systems HVAC and various sensors, chillers, heaters, sprinkling systems, scripting.
Plans, develops, and conducts tests on electronic components, products, and systems, applying knowledge and principles of electronic theory, testing methodology and procedures. Like Battery, Motors, Trolling Motor Parts, etc...
Test-Analysis Correlation. Correlation between test results and FEA results.
Electronic components knowledge, soldering & instruments Usage.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and debug hardware issues, often working closely with design and development teams to resolve problems.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of test processes, results, and findings. Create test reports and documentation for stakeholders.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that hardware products meet quality and safety standards, as well as regulatory compliance (e.g., safety and EMC standards).
Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance testing methodologies, equipment, and processes for improved efficiency and accuracy.
