• Lead and collaborate with partner teams to align with the Software Program process, schedule, and scope.
• Work with other program managers and development leaders to organize and collect weekly Software in-Development Review materials for Senior leadership team review.
• Ensure timely reporting of critical information to various team members, including leadership.
• Monitor Software program management processes to identify areas for improvement and promptly resolve urgent unexpected issues.
• Execute, manage milestones, and deliver using common engineering tools, triage, tracking, and reporting, aligned with product milestones.
• Anticipate risks; assess, mitigate, and manage accordingly

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or other engineering disciplines, defining, driving, and shipping products through multiple ship cycles.
• Proven track record of creating functional specifications, project schedules, and delivering successful outcomes.
• Experience in Software and Firmware development and their interface with HW (Hardware).
• Led as a Program Manager or Development Lead for at least two SW/HW projects from conception to delivery.
