HCLTech is looking to hire a Flex PLM Principal Consultant with experience in End-to-End Retail business processes (NPD) & capable enough to work on business process redefining/optimization with industry best practice.

This opportunity requires to Day 1 onsite at Orlando, FL. No privilege of hybrid or remote.

Detailed description/responsibilities:

• Extensive domain expertise in product lifecycle management, including familiarity with material management, bill of materials, supplier (including responsible SRM in the context of sustainability), product, and other pertinent concepts within the retail industry.
• Prior involvement in sustainability initiatives and familiarity with industry concepts such as scope 3 emissions and industry benchmarks (e.g., Higgs/Worldly).
• Previous working experience with FlexPLM application.
• Proficiency in facilitating requirements sessions and articulating PLM and sustainability concepts to diverse audiences, ranging from individual contributors within the technology team to business executives.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• Capacity to offer innovative insights and influence business partners.
• Skill in guiding technical teams and shaping solutions.
