Job Responsibilities:
• Performs portions of Hardware Engineering activities, requiring general knowledge, and developing business experience.
• Working alongside PEs and Engineering teams on NPI projects.
• MCN supports (doing both the paperwork aspect of the MCN coordination and the technical aspects of working with teams to perform the testing).
• Do sustaining activities such as managing MCNs, doing sustaining, cleaning ECOs, helping Engineering in the lab with bench testing of MCN cases, coordinating builds with the CMs, etc.
• Assists with technical lifecycle management through defect reduction team participation and new component qualification.
• Participates in design for manufacturing, test, and reliability (DFM, DFT, DFR) reviews with the goal of reducing the assembly and test time and increasing the overall product quality.
• Proficient engineering application skills through proper understanding and formal training of basic principles.
• Effective people and interpersonal skills to be able to work with engineering and manufacturing team members in a concurrent environment.
• Efficient organization and multi-tasking skills to manage various projects simultaneously.
• Process and quality oriented.
• Proficient in various computer software tools such as Excel, MS Word, Power Point, and flow chart programs.
• Strong team player who can handle multiple projects and priorities with little direction from manager.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
Technical Skills:
• Share lessons learn with team for different production line
