Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a RN - L2 Specialist.
• As a RN - L2 Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
• This is a full-time position with regular office hours.
• The nurse navigators we are hiring would answer inbound calls from patients, caregivers, Pharmacists and HCPs seeking more medical information about products and clinical trials.
• The nurse would take product complaint calls, submit Adverse Events, and handle general questions as well as medical questions.
• The nurse would be expected to possess a good understanding of Radius products, Tymlos and Binostos.
• Must have valid RN licensure.
• Previous call center experience is preferred or strong customer service focused work history.
• Strong Technological Skills are required which include, typing, documenting information in a system as it is being communicated, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Webex, or Zoom experience.
• Must be self-directed and able to work independently, demonstrate good problem solving skills, critical thinking skills, in addition to multi-tasking skills as there are a number of computer programs involved in the handling of calls and nurses need to be comfortable with quickly navigating, and talking and typing simultaneously.

Business Hours : Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm (nurse should be able to work on any available shift: 7:50am-4:20pm; 8am-4:30pm; 9am-5:30pm or 11:30am-8pm.

Note: every associate gets to work at least 2 late shifts a week.
