Handyman | Property Maintenance Technician

Job Description

0-4 years of experience as a Handyman/Property Maintenance Tech (if needed, we will train):

• Maintenance - Perform general maintenance and repairs, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing and minor construction
• Installation - Install and replace floors, stairs, piping, lights, blinds and perform minor construction
• Painting - Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other parts of residential properties
• Cleaning - Clean up and maintain work sites in the properties we manage
• This position provides an opportunity for bonuses and promotions
  
  

Handyman job requirements include:

• Previous experience is not necessary but would be welcomed
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stay focused on a task for several hours and deliver quality work
• Ability to safely use common power and hand tools, along with sound decision-making
• Well-organized and able to prioritize and keep track of time and expenses
