Director Of Maintenance
Compensation: $80K pr/yr
Job Type: Full-Time and In-person, Day shift, Monday - Friday
Collaborating with a Long-Term Care/Rehabilitation Facility in Sussex County, NJ that is seeking a Director of Maintenance
Director of Maintenance Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and direct the overall operations of the maintenance department
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for all equipment and systems
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements, including OSHA and local health codes
- Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance staff
- Manage work orders and ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks
- Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance needs and ensure minimal disruption to residents
- Oversee maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other critical systems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and regulatory compliance
- Manage maintenance budget and inventory of supplies and equipment
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and situations
