We are looking for an outstanding, motivated, and passionate Acupuncturist to join our team full time in Glendale, WI. We have a top-rated wellness clinic and as we continue to grow, we are looking to hire an Acupuncturist who cares about patients and their results, is an excellent clinician, and who has a strong desire to help the practice of acupuncture reach its incredible healthcare potential. Our state-of-the-art office is in a suburb just north of Milwaukee. Our ideal Acupuncture Associate is trained in Acupuncture, and ideally Chinese Herbal Medicine, and is a compassionate healer who enjoys helping others find their individual health and wellness goals. Professional advancement with on-the-job training- learn advanced form of Dr. Tan’s Balance, advanced Shang Han Lun herbal formulation, and advanced method of pulse diagnosis. The practitioners do not deal with patient finances, scheduling, or marketing- they focus on doing what they do best, by working together as a team and providing the highest quality compassionate care.

Duties:

• Provide high quality acupuncture treatments and patient management to include patient history, health conditions and complaints
• Use of Chinese Herbal diagnostics

• Assist in the implementation of new products, procedures, and policies with an open and positive mindset
• Prescribe programs and continuing treatment to previous, current, and new patients
• Deliver exceptional patient care with compassion, understanding, and flexibility to ensure the best patient outcome
• Provide exceptional, detailed SOAP notes- timely and accurate
• Provide communication of your visit and collaborate on treatment for exceptional patient care with the other providers and administrative team members for comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Acupuncture program
• Acupuncture license in WI
• Experience with and/or knowledge of Chinese Medicine preferred

Compensation (range):

• $65k- $130k (depending on production abilities)
• Base weekly pay with potential bonuses based on production

Schedule:

• Full time
• Monday thru Thursday
• No Fridays or weekends!!
