- Assist with providers schedules, and manage staff leave approvals
- Spearhead the introduction of new systems, offers, and promotions to scale our business
- Handle patient scheduling, insurance queries, prescription management, and employee disputes with empathy and efficiency
- Oversee phone communications, faxing, and updating our EHR account, maintaining impeccable organization
- Previous medical office management experience is required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in CRM platforms, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
- Full time (Mon-Friday)
- $60k - $75k per year (depending on experience), with growth potential
