- Promotional Store Management o Organize current inhouse inventory, plan and purchase orders for website, new dealers, and trade shows o Track promo store budget allowance against purchases
- Print Material Management o With support from outside vendors, coordinate and track updates to current literature, and manage the creation of new literature, from design to proof approvals via internal stakeholders. o Organize and audit all company printed literature inventory. o Coordinate the ordering and distribution of printed materials to new dealer locations or special projects.
- Document Management o Responsible for updates to program document announcements and policy manuals.
- Support all special company events, planned or unexpected
- Possible occasional overnight and/or daytime travel to support events Skills:
- Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in retail management, custom promotional products, print management
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Meets or Zoom
- Ability to represent the company with the highest professional manner
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar graphics software Other duties: Other duties and functions appropriate to the position as assigned by the manager from time to time. Work environment and other requirements: The work environment is a non-smoking office environment. No heavy lifting required. Mostly sitting with computer and phone usage. Accommodation can be made for handicapped employees. Some travel to the Product Center required. Driver’s license required.
