Primary Responsibilities
In the role of Water/Wastewater CADD Technician, we'll count on you to:
•Prepare drawings, layouts, sketches, maps and graphic representations of engineering designs using computer-aided design software and under direct supervision of other technicians and professional staff.
•Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
•Associate or technical school degree, or combination of education and relevant experience
•A minimum of 3 years experience in civil design with BIM program
•Requires good working knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroStation, InRoads, LDD, construction documents and technical knowledge
•Land Desktop 2005 is desirable
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
•Civil drafting background with underground utility experience
•An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred Qualifications
•2 years of civil related drafting experience utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D
•Civil 3D modeling including setup and use of alignments, profiles, surfaces, assemblies, corridors, and earthwork quantity calculation
•A strong knowledge of plan preparation
•Capable of preparing plans and profiles, grading, drainage, and site improvement design
•Associate Degree or vocational school training in drafting
•AutoCAD Civil 3D 2022
•Experience with general AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and ArcGIS
•Previous experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm
•Experience with applying drafting standards and established company procedure
•Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
•Able to work in a team environment. Attention to detail. Self-motivated and willing to learn.
•Preference is given to local candidate
