Head Hunters RPO is Hiring a Remote Outside Sales Representative
We are hiring over fifty (50 ) Outside Sales Representatives to work as 1099 contractors on behalf of our client. The position is open to applicants in major metropolitan areas in all fifty (50) states in the United States. We encourage anyone living in the United States that is interested to apply.
Our client is a beverage manufacturer that manufactures and distributes a smart soda dispenser. The ideal clients for the product include restaurants, business offices, co-working spaces, convenience stores, spa & fitness facilities, cafeterias, and coffee shops. As an outside sales representative, you will be responsible for selling into- and managing the accounts in your territory.
The compensation structure is commission-only. Our client is offering an uncapped commission. Successful sales representatives can expect to make on target earnings of $150,000.

- You have 2 years sales experience, outside sales a plus

- Prospecting and Business Development - Identify and engage good-fit potential clients

- Negotiation - Negotiate contracts with new and existing clients
The compensation structure is commission residuals. You will earn a commission 7.5% of revenue you sell. A successful sales representative can expect on target earnings of $150,000. Commissions are paid out quickly, on a bi-weekly payment schedule. As a 1099 contractor, you will have the independence and flexibility to manage your own schedule.
You will join a fast growth company that recently expanded operations to the United States market, with plenty of room to grow with the company. You will have a clearly defined path to promotion into a W2 role with a base salary if you are interested in a management position.
