Headfarmer is seeking a proactive Financial Analyst to join our team as a Project Consultant providing financial support for various client projects across multiple industries, from emerging startups to publicly traded organizations. Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide strategic insights to support client projects across diverse industries. Your expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting will play a pivotal role in optimizing financial strategies and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities may include:

• Conduct financial analysis, variance analysis, and financial modeling for client projects.

• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and forecasts to support strategic planning.

• Collaborate closely with client teams to understand project goals and deliver actionable insights.

• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize financial performance.

• Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and cost analysis for project-specific needs.

• Present findings and recommendations to client stakeholders and management teams.

• Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.

• 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in a consulting or project-based environment.

• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, etc.) and familiarity with financial software.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in project teams.
