Heads Up Technologies is Hiring a Manufacturing Engineer Near Dallas, TX
Key Details
- Work Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, flexibility to set schedule
- Location: This is an onsite position located in Addison, TX.
- Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 based on education/experience and comprehensive benefits package.
- Work Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States.

What you’ll do
- Review and understand Engineering Design/Drawings.
- Define sequences of operations for various product lines.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing methods.
- Evaluate and optimize existing manufacturing processes.
- Participate/Lead in manufacturing process reviews, production readiness reviews, and quality reviews.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and tables.
- Must possess strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work hands-on on projects.
- Experience with CAD software (Q-CAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing situations.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Must be able to effectively work with multiple departments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- 2 years of experience in an engineering/aerospace industry.
